How do I replace an item?

Would you like to exchange an item, such as a different size or color you make it easy by returning the product to us and fill out the return form. For a change, you have to pay the return shipping back to us.


How do I return?

If for any reason you wish to return an item bought in our webshop, we want you to send it as a letter to us by mail within 14 days to the address below. See item postage table here and here.

Fill out the return form that was in the package upon delivery (can be downloaded for printing here) We have no way to bail out package reaching distribution points so make sure that the carrier you choose has overrun (We have a daily pick up at the Post Office).


What happens to my bill if I do a return?

A refund will be made to the card / account number used during the purchase.


Return freight costs?

We do not offer free returns so if you regret or want to replace you Product you will have to pay the return shipment. At an approved claim we will reimburse you for your return shipping costs, please enter your account information in the return form.


How do I get my refund?

If payment is made by credit card, the refund will be transfered to the card / account used at the time of order. The transfer can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank’s refund procedures.
